Frequently Asked Questions

Are all the items listed on the website in stock?

At this moment, only the following brands have live inventory; Beatrush, DAMD, Honda Japan, Hyper Rev, STi, Subaru Japan, TRD Japan, and Zoom Engineering. All other brands are subject to availability unless otherwise noted. Please use the contact tab on the bottom of the page or email wholesale@kamispeed.com to check current stock or ETA.


What if I order an item that's out of stock?

If an item ordered is out of stock, we will email you within 24 business hours the ETA of the product so that you may inform your customer. All out of stock items are not processed unless you informed us to do so.


How long do in stock items take to process?

Most of in stock items ordered before 3pm EST can ship out the same business day, unless otherwise noted. In stock drop-ship items will ship out the next business day, unless otherwise noted.


Can I cancel special order items?

98% of the time, special order items can NOT be canceled as the manufacturer does not allow for cancellations on special order made parts. However, there are exemptions where a 25% restocking fee off MSRP may be charged if cancelation is needed. Please contact wholesale@kamispeed.com on specific items in regards to cancelation on special order items. Cancellation policy varies by product and brand.


What is the turn around time on special order items?

This depends on the brand and product. Usually smaller items take about 6-10 weeks and larger items (wheels, exhausts) may take up to 16 weeks. Please contact wholesale@kamispeed.com to request exact turn around times on the item in question.


Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel any order that hasn't been processed. If the item was already charged by hasn't been processed, we will credit your account for the order. Please know monetary refunds are not provided. Please contact us for more information.


What is your return policy?

Shipping both ways are non refundable. Certain drop-ship items may have a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to returning a package to inquire about any possible restocking fees. We do not accept returns unless an RMA is issued by our wholesale team. Please contact wholesale@kamispeed.com to request an RMA.


I received the wrong item, what should I do?

If you believed you received the wrong item, please send us a picture of the part number on the box to wholesale@kamispeed.com along with your PO number or Web Order #. We will exchange the product at no additional cost if this was an error on our end.


I received a damaged package, what should I do?

If your packaged was lost or arrived damaged, please contact wholesale@kamispeed.com immediately with photos and as much information possible. Please do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. All original products and packaging materials must be provided in order to fully process a damage claim. A written statement with company letterhead must be provided if your package was lost. Wholesale.kamispeed.com is not liable for shipping claims that are denied due to customer negligence.


Do you offer product warranty?

Wholesale.kamispeed.com does not provide product warranty. All items have a manufacturer warranty that will cover products that are defective upon installation or prior to installation. Some brands offer up to 5 years warranty. Please contact wholesale@kamispeed.com if you believe you or your customer received a defective product.


Do you have any shipping incentives, including free shipping?

From time to time, some manufacturers will provide us with free shipping incentives that we will pass down to you. These will be shown on the wholesale website as free shipping upon checking out. Currently only Beatrush products have free shipping when orders over $500 are shipped to your billing account. Contact wholesale@kamispeed.com for free shipping promos on any other brands.


Can you wholesale other brands listed on your retail website?

Yes, we can wholesale other brands not listed on the wholesale website (except for cobbtuning). However, these brands may not be competitive priced due to weak discounts or low MAP policies. Please contact wholesale@kamispeed.com to see what we can do for you.


Do you charge state tax?

We only charge CA state tax on some items that are drop-shipped within California, unless a CA state tax ID is provided.


Do you offer better shipping rates?

Unfortunately, our website sometimes may not be 100% accurate on shipping rates. However, please know your account will be credited if shipping cost are lowered than what you paid. If the shipping costs are higher, we will notify you prior to processing your order. We also have the ability to ship internationally. If you're not given a shipping quote for international drop-ships, please contact wholesale@kamispeed.com for a custom quote.
